We get introduced to Isaach De Bankolé who plays Steven Obanno. His films include Black Panther, Ghost Dog, Shaft, Miami Vice. So he’s done some stuff, mainly TV now.
And Jesper Christensen who plays Mr White. Started out his career as a theatre actor. Very strange description of his personal life in IMDB.
Two grown up daughters. No animals. Dogs, pigs, chickens, cats, birds, horses, fish, rabbits – all gone now.
Black Park
At the end of the minute we have a dramatic pause as a car door opens and we are about to see the entrance of Le Chiffre but not yet. In the directors commentary we are told they are bringing red earth in to make it look like it is a jungle in Uganda. When really it is Black Park near Pinewood. This has been used before for the Russian helicopter lands in Die Another Day. Also the gypsy fight from From Russia With Love and some Pipeline scenes from The World Is Not Enough was filmed here or close by.
According to Bond Movies .COM

Mr White
What I really like about this scene is how he collapses into the sofa. And pops the lid off a bottle. He is utterly in his element here. Though Mr White, is not looking down his nose at any of it. He is literally just overseeing it all. He does look at his watch before Le Chiffre arrives, so he is slightly anxious.
Steven gives the boy a rub on the head, and then just for all of two seconds his smile drops as he looks at Mr White. He has loyalty and love for his own, but not so much for the politicians, the business men, the middle men. He’s also very direct, so he puts a premium on his time.
Land Rovers
Let’s not forget about the introduction of Landrover Defenders. According to the Famous Four Blog,
Land Rover have had cars featured in 10 James Bond Films, meaning Land Rover has been in more Bond films than any of the Bond actors. Land Rovers have appeared in Octopussy, A View To A Kill, The Living Daylights, Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough, Die Another Day, Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall, SPECTRE and No Time To Die.
Henchmen
We also get our first look at Kratt here, he is Le Chiffre’s henchman just as he opens the door for Le Chiffre. His name is Clemens Schick and he is the opposite of bald in real life. A lot of TV, most recently he was in Andor. On his IMDB, he was in the remake of Point Break and Enemy at the Gates.
