‘It was quite daunting. It was inspiring, but it was daunting at the same time, because his (Liberace’s) clothes. You would not believe the weight of his performance clothes. Not Michael’s (Douglas). They were light as a feather. But Liberace’s clothes. They were just pounds and pounds and pounds of crystal. It was crazy.
